Finally, after a number of online meetings, Marco Gerevini and Marco Guarino, on behalf of Tecnoalimenti, participated in presence for the first time at a consortium meeting of the code-refarm project. The meeting was organized on the 9-10th of June at Poultry Expertise Centre in Barneveld, Netherlands.
During the meeting Tecnoalimenti presented to all partners the preliminary prototype of a consumer app. This app was designed to show to the consumer information in augmented reality.
After the meeting, a visit to the Poultry Innovation Lab was planned where new innovative ideas were tested and knowledge was shared with young people.
The code:re-farm project is developing various tools that will allow monitoring and increasing the animal welfare.
